location of the data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the Data Controller’s head office and are exclusively handled by technical personnel properly appointed to the processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

Browsing data
The IT systems and the software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment. These data are exclusively used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data freely provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of personal data by the user in the registration forms on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of data provided by the sender, necessary for the performance of the requested service. The collected data will be kept – for each type of processed data – exclusively for the time necessary to fulfill the specific purposes indicated in the specific summary information notice displayed on the pages of the site and prepared for particular services.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between a website and the user’s terminal (usually the browser). They are mainly used for the purpose of operating websites and making them operate more efficiently, as well as for the purpose of providing information to the owners of the site itself. Cookies can be both session and persistent cookies. Session cookies remain stored in the terminal for a short period of time and are deleted as soon as the user closes the browser. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow a safe and efficient browsing of the site. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, remain stored in the user’s terminal until a set deadline. Since they are not deleted directly when the browser is closed, they make it possible to remember the choices made by the user on the site and to collect information about the webpages visited by the user, the frequency with which the site is visited and to identify the user’s navigation path, in order to improve the browsing experience on this site. Session or persistent cookies may be First Party or Third Party cookies, depending on whether the person who installs them on the user’s terminal is the same operator of the site that the user is visiting (we will then be referring to First Party cookies) or a different person (we will then be referring to Third Party cookies).
