ACTIRO
A powerful communication tool that multiplies the value of spaces, reduces service costs and makes customers and users feel at ease in a stimulating environment.

Digital signage is a digital communication system that uses electronic devices – such as monitors, video walls, kiosks and LED walls – to disseminate multimedia content and interact with the public in environments characterised by high footfall.
Unlike static signage and billboards, digital signage allows for centralised, dynamic and programmable management of distributed content. These features make it possible to orchestrate extremely effective information and promotional campaigns across the territory, differentiating messages based on the time, place and device used.
Digital engagement: the audience doesn’t just watch, it participates.
Despite its name, a digital signage system is not just an electronic alternative to wayfinding and signage, but represents an advanced and engaging form of proximity marketing capable of influencing audience behaviour:
- Video walls and LED walls promote brands, project current offers and immerse visitors in evocative settings.
- Interactive kiosks and displays help users freely select and configure products and services.
- Queue management systems allow access to services without queuing or waiting for assistance from a member of staff.
Applications
Digital signage is used successfully in many sectors to boost sales, guide users, and improve hospitality and service:
- Shops and shopping centres
- Supermarkets
- Hotels and resorts
- Restaurants and fast food outlets
- Clinics and hospitals
- Schools and Universities
- Banks
- Company Headquarters
- Airports, Stations and Cruise Ships
- Trade fairs and events
ACTIRO is our digital signage solution developed to selectively convey information, services and advertising messages throughout the territory. The system is based on a web broadcasting/multicasting platform that allows you to centrally control and monitor a network of devices located in environments with high footfall. The system can be adapted to any requirement:
the network is freely configurable, and the interface, schedule and editorial flow are fully customisable.
Main functions:
- Editorial flow management
ACTIRO natively integrates tools for managing the editorial flow and graphic tools for optimising the layout according to the aspect ratio of the publication screen, whether it is a vertical monitor or a large horizontal LED wall. - Automatic and scheduled content distribution
Actiro allows you to schedule different schedules for distribution networks, terminal groups and individual devices. The terminals in the network – kiosks, displays and video walls – are controlled by a central server connected via VPN (Virtual Private Network) in a failover configuration. Updates can be made in real time or according to a predefined playlist. - Proactive monitoring of terminal status
The entire system can be managed from the control dashboard. On the screen, you can select the network and view the status of each terminal to check whether the updates have been successful. In the event of a failure or malfunction, anomalies are automatically reported to the technical department for prompt intervention. - Reports and statistics
User interactions are transmitted to headquarters in the form of statistical data on the items consulted. The information collected allows you to analyse customer traffic and behaviour.
