In the multi-channel banking communication system, the branch is the physical touchpoint of the customer relationship. The atmosphere, communication tools and clarity of messages all contribute to making the customer journey through the physical and digital worlds consistent, enjoyable and seamless.
Nahos is the innovative solution for automating the front office of bank branches, reducing costs, improving service and providing customers with a satisfying experience.

Reception
Queue management with priority access
Nahos solves the problem of queues in waiting areas by combining the typical features of a queue management system (service selection, ticket issuance) with those of an advanced recognition and reception system.
The system makes things easier for users and operators, speeding up the whole process. Customers can book online and, once at the branch, access services via a fast-track system, identifying themselves by scanning one of the cards issued by the bank or their health card.
New visitors to the branch are greeted by a clear and user-friendly interface that guides them to the right services.
Transparency
Mandatory communication for banking transparency
NAHOS simplifies and automates the continuous updating of documentation that must remain available to users at the counters.
Customers can use a touchscreen to select and consult all mandatory information on banking transparency and send a copy to their email address. Content is updated once centrally and transmitted simultaneously to all devices in the various branches.
Promotion
Management and communication of institutional and marketing content
NAHOS allows information, visual signals, videos and marketing messages to be conveyed on tablets, totems and large displays, according to a predefined schedule that can be differentiated by brand, geographical area, branch and individual device.
Control
Centralised management of content distribution and device status
All NAHOS devices can be controlled from the NAHOS Console, the web-based digital system management platform. The NAHOS Console includes functions for creating schedules, distributing and automatically updating content, monitoring the proper functioning of devices and producing usage reports.

Content distribution
All system terminals (totems, displays and tablets) are connected via VPN to NAHOS Console, the virtual control desk that allows you to structure and distribute content across the territory in a selective manner. Information, promotional videos and marketing messages are uploaded once to the central server, which transmits them to the various devices connected to the network.
Editorial flow management
NAHOS Console includes powerful tools for managing the editorial flow (creation, review, approval and publication of content) and scheduling different programmes for different groups of terminals. Content can be refreshed in real time or at pre-set times and dates, depending on the selected schedule.
Proactive terminal monitoring
NAHOS Console monitors the status of all devices distributed throughout the territory, detecting any anomalies or malfunctions on individual terminals.
In the event of a fault, the system automatically sends a request for assistance to the relevant centre.
Reports
The choices and queries made by users are collected anonymously and transformed into graphs that show the number and frequency of access to the various services. This information, which is valuable to management, allows resources to be allocated on the basis of objective data.
